Aranda \\ Lasch, Modern Primitives - 2010
with Island Planning Corporation
"Modern Primitives is a space that seems fall apart, and rebuild at the same time. It is a contemporary ruin where objects covered with plants and plant-covered items are dispersed freely in the exhibition space. Depending on how you perceive the cycle, this space can be the place where we come from or where we are going to .
The installation consists of large blocks of stone , small pieces primitive built on larger boulders on which you can sit, rest or you can hold in his arms. When analyzed more easily, Modern Primitives is a way to decorate a space. This idea may spread beyond the show and contaminate the city - in streets, gardens and canals of Venice. " (Aranda \\ Lasch)
on display at this time: The Morning Line Istanbul, Eminonu Square . A stage for contemporary music and composition, The Morning Line is a public facility - 20 long and 8 meters high, built with 17 tons of aluminum - which explores the interrelationship between art, architecture, music, mathematics, science and cosmology.

R & Sie (n), thebuildingwhichneverdies - 2010
The contribution of R & Sie (n) to 12. International Architecture Exhibition - a project for Zumtobel Light Company - could become a "cabinet of curiosity" in the context of the Biennale. As a laboratory thebuildingwhichneverdies (the building that never dies) is a research center that deals with three fields: the physiological adaptation to the dark to reduce light pollution urban circadian cycles of humans and the effects of melatonin through control the intensity of artificial light, and related diseases UV , a consequence of the weakening of the ozone layer. Precisely because of this third aspect of the research, the outer surface of the laboratory consists of hot parts UV-sensitive pigments Isobiot ® operating that, as a multitude of markers, reveal the danger level of rays. The aim is to show the substance of light, through devices that are both physiological, psychological and pathological conditions, articulating the ambiguity and contradiction effects of safe and unsafe.

Hernan Diaz Alonso, TB A21 Patagonia - 2010
" model TB A21 Patagonia presented at the 12. International Exhibition of Architecture embodies the continuation of the animation TB A21 Patagonia 2008, an experiment on a remote form of architecture. Located at the base of the Andes in Argentina, itself, a remote habitat, this proto- museum acts as an aesthetic environment expanded within the arid landscape of the region. With the intervention of foreign intelligence but sensitive may develop a new environmental condition. Those who dedicate themselves, can find a new and unexpected ability to access the dynamic condition and deeply energy that produces the same environment. Since this mutant form, the more creature body that passes from the periphery to its center, reveals pockets of space that form so the entire project . (Hernan Diaz Alonso)
