In an interview with MF, in particular, the CEO of Atahotels, Ernest Albanian, would have revealed the existence of a proposed merger between his company, the same hotels and a third party unconnected with the hotel business . According to Il Sole 24 Ore, however, Starhotels would submit a bid to detect the part of the hotel chain Fusi-Bartolomei, which in this way could reduce by more than half its debt.
